Use guidelines
The MBC Grants Console supports Master's Bible Church's grant work. Use it only for church-authorized research, applications, awards, reporting, and shared resources.
Access
Access belongs to Google accounts shared into the MBC Grant Team Drive folder. Do not share grant records or internal documents outside the team unless the church has approved it. Tell the system owner promptly when a person's access should change.
Accuracy and review
Users remain responsible for checking deadlines, eligibility, budgets, commitments, and every application before submission. AI-assisted text is a draft aid, not an approved statement. Resolve every [NEEDS: …] marker and verify all facts against current church records.
Responsible use
Do not upload unnecessary personal, confidential, or regulated information. Use the public intake form only to submit genuine grant opportunities; it does not provide access to internal records.
